What's For Dinner? 30-Minute Men For 2009 - 22nd Edition

What's For Dinner? 30-Minute Men For 2009 – 22nd Edition

Is school out in your area? This is the first week of summer break for us so the menus are quick and easy to help put dinner on the table quickly with everything else going on now. I have also selected frugal men to help with tight budgets.

One of my favorite fast meal prep techniques is 'bake once – eat twice'. We are following that approach with the Eye of the Round Roast Beef on Sunday followed by the Beef and Vegetarian Soup on Wednesday. No wasted food in this house!

You will find that I use several cooking methods, mix and match, to get dinner on the table quickly! (The ingredients in parenthesis show some of my quick-prep steps.) You can always substitute your favorite made-from-scratch recipes when you have more time.

I hope you have a great week!
