Two Delicious Juice Recipes to Boost Fertility

Foods and herbs have long been used as medicines and remedies throughout the world. Certain foods are said to boost fertility and these recipes have been created with this in mind. Delicious and packed with goodness, you should drink one of these juices every day if you are trying to get pregnant.

4 sweet apples, unpeeled

4 medium radishes

8oz purslane

1 handful alfalfa sprouts

It is a source of omega 3 fatty acids and can be found in shops which stock African or Moroccan foods. This juice is full of vitamins A and C, as well as calcium. You will get phytoestrogens from the radishes and sensuous volatile oils from the apples.

Passionate Pumpkin

2 apricots (stoned)

1 mango (peeled and stoned)

1 slice pumpkin

Juice these ingredients, then blend with:

1 dessert spoon wheat germ

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 tiny pinch saffron
